TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern purchases at auraliagalaxy.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. WHO WE ARE

Auralia is an online store run by Jordi Albero Canto, with postal address at Apartado de Correos 41 (PO Box), 46880 Bocairent (Valencia), Spain. Email: auralia.ees@gmail.com. All our details are on the Contact information page.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices are in euros and include VAT for Spain. If you buy from another country, you will see the price in your currency and the total with any applicable taxes before paying. Shipping costs are always shown before you confirm your order.

Bundle discounts (2 units, -5%; 3 or more, -10%) are applied automatically in the cart. If there is an obvious pricing error, we will let you know and you can cancel the order at no cost.

3. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Choose the product, add it to your cart, fill in your details and pay. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email. We keep a copy of your order, which you can request at any time.

4. PAYMENT

You can pay with the methods shown at checkout (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay). Payments are processed by Shopify Payments; we do not store your card details.

5. SHIPPING

We ship to Spain and almost everywhere in the world. Shipping costs and delivery times are in our shipping policy. Outside the European Union, your country's customs may charge import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives; these are paid by the recipient.

6. RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase. We explain how in our return policy.

7. WARRANTY

Our products have a 3-year legal warranty from delivery. If something goes wrong, write to us and we will repair or replace it, or refund your money.

8. USING THE PRODUCT

Use the projector according to its instructions. Do not point the light directly at anyone's eyes. In the car, only use it while parked or for passengers, never in a way that distracts the driver.

9. PERSONAL DATA

We process your data as explained in our privacy policy.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your order applies.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you have a problem, please write to us first and we will try to solve it. As a consumer, you can also contact the consumer protection services of your region or the courts of your place of residence.
