At Auralia we only use your data to handle your order and, if you allow us, to send you news.

WHAT DATA WE PROCESS
- Contact and shipping: name, email, address and, if you give it to us, phone number.
- Order: products, amounts, purchase and return history.
- Payment: processed by Shopify Payments; we never see or store your full card number.
- Communications: whatever you write to us by email or through the contact form.
- Browsing: data about your device and cookies, depending on what you accept in the cookie notice.
WHAT WE USE IT FOR
- Handling your order, shipping, returns and warranty (performance of the contract).
- Answering your questions (your request).
- Sending you news and offers by email if you subscribe (your consent). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- Meeting legal obligations, such as accounting and taxes (legal obligation).
- Preventing fraud and keeping the store secure (legitimate interest).
- Analytics and advertising cookies (your consent).
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
- Shopify, which hosts the store and processes payments.
- The supplier that prepares and ships your order and the shipping companies, only with the data needed to deliver it.
- Public authorities, when the law requires it.
We never sell your data.
DATA TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Shopify may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The supplier or the shipping company may be located outside the European Union; in that case they only receive the data strictly needed to deliver your order, because this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
While you are a customer and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires (for example, 6 years for accounting records). Data used to send you news is kept until you unsubscribe.
YOUR RIGHTS
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, take it elsewhere or withdraw your consent. Write to auralia.ees@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
MINORS
The store is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
CHANGES
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date.
